This year marks a special milestone in the history of Hungarian aviation.
In 2025, we celebrate the 75th anniversary of the opening of Ferenc Liszt International Airport. This notable occasion is not only a celebration of the airport’s history, but also of all of us who have been part of the development, community and successes of Hungarian aviation.
As a fitting conclusion to the jubilee series of events, the Aviation Ball will be organized as a celebration of the entire domestic aviation sector. The aim of the evening is to honor the past of Hungarian aviation, celebrate its present together and let us look towards the future together.

Passengers arriving by car have the possibility to park in the spacious, 450-space, open-air, enclosed car park located opposite the terminal building. Please do not use the P+R parking lot.
Terminal 1 is also easily accessible by public transport:
- Kőbánya-Kispest metro station with 200E bus.
- Trains departing from Nyugati Railway Station to “Ferihegy” station five times per hour.
